Responsibilities
Technology Strategy:
- Develop and implement the company’s technology roadmap
- Align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
- Drive digital transformation and innovation
Leadership & Management:
- Lead software engineering, IT, data, and technical teams
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent
- Establish engineering standards and development processes
- Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical departments
Product & Engineering Oversight:
- Oversee system architecture and software development
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of platforms
- Approve technical designs and infrastructure decisions
- Monitor product delivery timelines and quality
Security & Compliance:
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices
- Maintain data privacy and regulatory compliance
- Manage risk related to technology systems
Budget & Operations:
- Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships
- Optimize infrastructure and operational costs
- Oversee cloud services, tools, and software procurement
Stakeholder Communication:
- Present technical strategy to executives and investors
- Translate technical concepts into business language
- Support sales, partnerships, and client engagements when needed.
