We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manager - Abuja Resident Only

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• A hotel manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth operation, profitability, and guest satisfaction of a hotel.
• Their responsibilities are wide-ranging and require strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Roles  
Daily Operations Management:

• They oversee all departments—front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance—to ensure everything runs efficiently.

Guest Satisfaction:

• A major responsibility is making sure guests have a positive experience. This includes handling complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.

Staff Supervision and Training:

• Hotel managers hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees. They also motivate staff to deliver excellent service.

Financial Management:

• They manage budgets, monitor expenses, set room rates, and work to maximize profits while controlling costs.

Marketing and Sales:

• Promoting the hotel, attracting guests, managing online presence, and working with travel agencies or platforms are also part of the job.

Maintenance and Safety:

• Ensuring the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained is essential. They also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Administrative Duties:

• Handling reports, reservations systems, inventory, and coordination between departments.
