Job Title: Mixologist

Job Description 

• Create and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus to attract customers and increase sales.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, mixers, and cocktail techniques.
• Interact with customers professionally, offering drink recommendations and personalized service.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering bar supplies and ingredients.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records when required.
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Create an enjoyable atmosphere through presentation, creativity, and excellent customer service skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
