Job Title: Social Media Marketer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management:

• Create engaging content such as posts, videos, graphics, and captions.
• Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Social Media Management:

• Manage company accounts on platforms like:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • X
  • LinkedIn
• Monitor messages, comments, and customer interactions.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.

Digital Marketing and Advertising:

• Run paid advertisements and promotional campaigns.
• Target the right audience to improve reach and sales.
• Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.

Audience Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong online communities.
• Increase followers, likes, shares, and engagement.
• Interact with customers to improve brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track social media performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare reports on engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign results.

Market Research and Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
• Identify trending topics and viral opportunities.
• Suggest creative strategies to improve online visibility.

Brand Promotion:

• Promote products, services, events, and company announcements.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators where necessary.
• Help improve the company’s online reputation and visibility.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and writing skills.
• Creativity and content creation ability.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Graphic design and video editing skills (basic knowledge is often an advantage).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Degree, HND, or diploma in:

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 per month.
