Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales & Demand Generation

Job Summary
- The Regional Sales Manager will lead pharmaceutical sales operations, demand generation activities, distributor management, and field force effectiveness within assigned territories.
- The successful candidate will play a major role in driving prescription generation, market penetration, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional pharmaceutical sales growth and achieve agreed value and volume targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and demand generation plans.
- Organize and oversee CMEs, FGMs, scientific engagements, and healthcare stakeholder activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop Medical Sales Representatives within assigned regions.
- Ensure effective territory coverage across hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and PHCs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Monitor stock movement and minimize expiry-related losses within distribution channels.
- Prepare and present monthly sales performance and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure proper utilization and accountability of company assets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- 5–8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in pharmaceutical demand generation and sales management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
