Job Title: Sales Manager – Tiles

Job Summary

• The Sales Manager will be driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and managing key customer relationships within the tiles and building materials market.
• The role will be overseeing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and retail customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to improve market penetration and customer engagement.
• Ensure excellent customer relationship management and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in tiles, ceramics, sanitary wares, or building materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of dealers and distributors within the industry.
• Experience in sales reporting, forecasting, planning, and coordination.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong network within the construction, interior design, and real estate sectors.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja market and Northern region sales landscape.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
