Job Title: Facility and Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure all restaurant facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and functioning properly.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment, dining areas, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of restaurant facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdown and operational delays.
• Supervise maintenance staff and external service contractors when necessary.
• Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies to avoid disruption to restaurant operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and fire regulations within the restaurant.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment servicing.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance tools, cleaning supplies, and spare parts.
• Recommend facility improvements to enhance customer comfort, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 1-2 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
