Job Title: Social Media Reposter

Job Summary

• We are hiring multiple Social Media Content Reposters for a structured Instagram / TikTok content publishing role.
• This is a process-driven, long-term position. Each freelancer will be assigned specific Instagram/TikTok accounts and will be responsible for consistent daily posting.

Responsibilities

• Log in to assigned Instagram accounts daily
• Publish content including:
  • 3 feed posts
  • 5 reels
  • 1 story
• Ensure all content is uploaded correctly (captions, formatting, etc.)
• Follow clear posting instructions and guidelines.

Daily Workflow:
Work must be completed in 3 separate sessions daily:

• Morning
• Afternoon
• Evening
• Maintain consistent posting timing
• Complete all assigned posts each day without fail.

Reporting & Communication:

• Submit a daily report confirming completed tasks
• Immediately report any issues (login problems, upload errors, restrictions, etc.)
• Maintain clear and timely communication.

Important Notes:

• This is a repetitive, structured role (not a creative / content strategy role)
• Consistency, reliability, and attention to detail are critical
• Each freelancer will manage their own assigned accounts independently.

Requirements

• Experience using Instagram (posting Reels, Stories, and feed posts)
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions exactly
• Reliable internet connection
• Available to work daily in 3 sessions.

Compensation

• Fixed payment of 100$ + Bonuses of 150$ and revenue share of 2.5% monthly salary possible
