Job Title: Legal Analyst
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Role Overview
- The ideal candidate will provide legal research, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the review of legal documentation within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide insights on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Review, draft, and analyse contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor regulatory updates relevant to the financial services industry.
- Assist in preparing legal reports, opinions, and documentation.
- Provide legal support to internal departments when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in financial services or corporate law).
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
