Job Summary

• The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, risk management, and financial reporting of the organization.
• The CFO provides strategic financial leadership and ensures the company’s financial health, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Ensure strong internal controls and corporate governance.

Cash Flow & Capital Management:

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Oversee capital structure, debt management, and equity financing.
• Build relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

Risk Management:

• Identify financial and operational risks.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee insurance, investments, and asset management.
