Job Summary

  • We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Front Desk Officer to manage reception duties and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients professionally.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
  • Maintain records and office files.
  • Handle administrative support tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Previous experience is an added advantage.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N120,000 Monthly.
