We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

• Reverse Aesthetics is looking for a creative, smart, and highly active Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage and grow our online presence across all platforms.
• The ideal candidate must understand how to create engaging social media content, edit videos professionally, follow trends, and help position the brand as a leading aesthetics and wellness clinic in Nigeria.
• This role requires a 1-month fully onsite probation period before transitioning into a hybrid schedule of 2 onsite days weekly.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Shoot high-quality photo and video content in the clinic
• Create engaging reels, TikToks, before-and-after edits, educational content, and trending videos
• Come up with fresh content ideas weekly
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and staff to create engaging clinic content
• Edit videos professionally for social media
• Design simple graphics, flyers, and promotional content
• Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms
• Write engaging captions and hashtags
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Assist with content planning and monthly content calendars
• Help grow engagement, visibility, and brand awareness
• Cover treatments, client testimonials, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Respond to simple social media inquiries when necessary.

Requirements & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
• Must have strong video editing skills
• Must know how to use:
  • Canva
  • CapCut
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • InShot
  • Lightroom
  • Meta Business Suite
• Must understand TikTok and Instagram trends
• Must be confident shooting content with phones/cameras
• Must have a good eye for aesthetics and branding
• Must be creative, proactive, and organized
• Must have good communication skills
• Experience managing a brand or business page is an advantage
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, fashion, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Work Structure:

• First 1 month: Fully onsite probation
• After probation: Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite weekly for content production and meetings).

Remuneration

• Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
