We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Lagos

Key performance areas

• Handle end-to-end importation from M processes.
• Good knowledge of import procedures and customs regulations.
• Coordinate with clearing agents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track cargo movement.
• Ensure compliance with customs, port, and regulatory requirements.
• Calculate import costs, duties, taxes.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, and import documentation.
• Coordinate with finance department for duty payments.
• Resolve shipment delays, customs issues.
• Prepare import status reports and inventory arrival updates.
• Support procurement and warehouse teams for smooth material planning.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills and experience required:

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Good knowledge of inventory systems and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
