Job Title: Logistics Assistant

Job role
- To support the logistics team in coordinating and optimizing outbound shipments and fleet operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with ISN policies.
Responsibilities
- Plan routes and process shipments and resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Coordinate with the logistics companies and drivers to ensure products are delivered timely and in good condition.
- Real-time tracking of dispatch to delivery lead time.
- Coordinate effectively with the order management team to optimize daily dispatches.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and servicing of fleet vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition
- Prepare and ensures accuracy of reports on shipping activities, fleet performance, and logistics costs as required.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all fleet vehicles, including tracking their condition and availability for use.
- Monitor and analyse vehicle usage data to optimize route planning, fuel efficiency, and overall performance.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency of the process in different regions.
- Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, vehicle maintenance, and logistics activities in ISN’s database.
