We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Plan and manage facility-related budgets and expenditures.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts such as cleaners, technicians and security.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and safety procedures.
• Support property management team in ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience in facility or property management (preferably in real estate).
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.
• Proximity to Ikoyi or its environs is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Experience managing multiple sites.

**Please note**: This is an Office-based role with regular site visits. May require on-call availability for emergencies.

SALARY: N300,000 -N350,000 per month dependent on experience.
