The Role
- Portfolio Growth: Drive property acquisitions, leasing strategies, and revenue growth.
- Operations & Maintenance: Oversee facility management, vendor contracts, and property maintenance.
- Legal & Compliance: Manage tenancy agreements, service charge collections, and regulatory compliance.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Management, Estate Surveying, or Property Development.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Warri, Delta State.
- Strong negotiation, financial budgeting, and leadership skills.
