Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent service delivery.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, supporting business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, client activities, and relationship management performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support business development initiatives and client engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
