Job Summary

• They are seeking a competent, detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join its operations team.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of a restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, smooth operations, profitability, and staff efficiency.
• This role is suited for professionals with experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager within the Hospitality industry to support the smooth operations of the business and staff efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Restaurant Operations
• Manage and train staff members
• Ensure Excellent customer service
• Handle customers' complaints professionally
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Prepare staff schedules and assign duties
• Track sales, expenses, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with Health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and service teams
• Develop Marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers
• Ensure compliance with mandatory and regulatory Hospitality requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc / OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 - 7 years of experience in Hospitality Management or related roles
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Strong Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic Accounting or financial management knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with POS Systems and inventory management.
