We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• An Inventory Officer oversees the end-to-end supply chain of goods, tracking stock levels, and managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• They ensure accurate records, prevent stockouts or overstocking, and organize warehouse spaces to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels daily, track stock movements, and calculate reorder points to avoid shortages or excess surplus.
• Receiving & Dispatching: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity. Verify deliveries against purchase orders and ensure outgoing goods are dispatched accurately.
• Record Keeping: Utilize inventory management software (such as SAP, ERP, or specialized systems) to accurately document stock transactions, balances, and locations.
• Auditing: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and perform reconciliations to investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for management regarding stock turnover, financial summaries, and inventory valuation.
• Warehouse Operations: Enforce standard safety protocols, organize and optimize storage spaces, and ensure proper labeling and handling of all items.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 / Month.
