We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Payroll Specialist / HR Analyst

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain information on each employee’s working hours
  • Determine payroll amounts, factoring in any overtime or bonuses
  • Prepare payments to be sent to employees in a timely manner
  • Process payments and checks
  • Ensure that employee taxes and benefits are processed correctly
  • Confirm suggested payments with senior management
  • Answer any employee inquiries about payroll
  • Work to increase payroll service performance
  • Prepare payroll reports for upper managemen
  • Data Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain HR dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like headcount, diversity, and turnover.
  • Metrics Tracking: Analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and workforce trends to forecast hiring and budgeting needs.
  • Compensation Analysis: Gather benchmark data to map out competitive salary ranges and assist with remuneration reviews.
  • Employee Feedback & Engagement: Evaluate results from performance reviews and employee satisfaction surveys to recommend policy or procedure improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify discrepancies across HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and payroll platforms to improve data integrity and system efficiency

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Data Management, Accounting, Economics ,Industrial Relations, or related Social Science field.
  • Professional certification is an advantage
  • 4 – 5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel ,Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines.
  • Preference will be given to candidates living around Mowe, Ibafo, Magboro, Ojodu-Berger, Ojota,  Sagamu, and Ikeja Axis.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
