Job Title: Business Development Lead

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Drive agency growth and new business acquisition.
• Lead pitches, proposals and presentations.
• Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on tailored clients’ solutions.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
• Represent the Agency at meetings and events.
• Report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, etc.
• M.Sc., MBA or any professional certification in Business Development, Strategic Marketing or Public Relations may be an added advantage.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in business development, sales, or client services with at least four years in a communications, PR, or marketing Agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in winning and managing high-value accounts, especially in premium or complex sectors.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Reward System

• Salary is about N450,000 per month.
• There is prospect for career growth.
