Job Title: Business Development Lead
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Drive agency growth and new business acquisition.
- Lead pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on tailored clients’ solutions.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the Agency at meetings and events.
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, etc.
- M.Sc., MBA or any professional certification in Business Development, Strategic Marketing or Public Relations may be an added advantage.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in business development, sales, or client services with at least four years in a communications, PR, or marketing Agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in winning and managing high-value accounts, especially in premium or complex sectors.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Reward System
- Salary is about N450,000 per month.
- There is prospect for career growth.
