Job Title: Assistant Manager, Membership Development and Programmes

Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies for corporate membership marketing, recruitment, and growth of the organisation.
- Initiate, coordinate, and execute membership programmes, activities, and concept notes in line with the organisation’s objectives.
- Oversee membership administration, including database management, correspondence, filing, and coordination of member benefits.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure membership and programme materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Design and analyse feedback mechanisms, prepare membership marketing budgets, and support continuous improvement and other delegated duties.
Major Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Social Sciences, Law, or other relevant fields.
- A higher degree or professional qualification may be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in a corporate governance function or a membership-based organisation.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and other programme management software (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project, etc.).
