Role Overview

  • The Growth and Partnership Lead is responsible for driving business growth, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and market expansion initiatives across both public and private sectors.
  • The role is critical to identifying and securing new business opportunities, building high-value strategic relationships, strengthening market positioning, and supporting long-term organisational growth objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, stakeholder management expertise, and a proven ability to execute growth initiatives within fast-paced and high-performance environments.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • 7–9 years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships, growth, consulting, or commercial roles.
  • Prior experience within consulting, finance, business development, advisory, banking, or structured corporate environments is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic partnerships and revenue-focused initiatives across public and private sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets and driving commercial outcomes.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and talent management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR analytics, workforce reporting, and people data interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of labour legislation, HR compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
