Job Title: Hospitality Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality and short-let apartment portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing hotels, serviced apartments, or short-let properties, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of apartments and hospitality facilities
  • Manage housekeeping staff, artisans, and service providers
  • Ensure facilities are well-maintained and fully operational at all times
  • Handle client/guest interactions and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Coordinate bookings, scheduling, and internal operations
  • Supervise inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support event planning and execution where required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facility management, hotels, or short-let apartments (MANDATORY)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic financial and record-keeping knowledge.

Salary
N170,000 monthly.
