We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restuarant Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Reports to: General Manager / Operations Manager
Direct Reports: Supervisors, Wait Staff, Hostesses, Bar Staff, Kitchen Support Staff

Main Functions

  • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, staff productivity, and profitability.
  • The role ensures smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and operational staff.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff.
  • Drive sales growth and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications:

  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Experience managing large teams and high-volume operations is highly preferred.
