Job Title: SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist / Copywriter

Job Summary

• We need someone who can build the systems that bring the right people to our website, speak to them at every stage of their journey, and close them when they arrive.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and high-converting content/copywriting.
• The candidate will be responsible for increasing online visibility, optimizing content for generating leads through strategic content, and ensuring our brand remains discoverable across modern search and AI ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
• Improve website ranking, traffic, and domain visibility.
• Perform on-page and basic technical SEO audits.
• Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools.
• Implement link-building and content optimization strategies.

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization):

• Create content optimized for featured snippets and direct-answer results.
• Structure content in FAQ and conversational formats.
• Optimize content for voice search and AI search assistants.
• Improve content readability and schema optimization.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization):

• Optimize brand visibility for AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Perplexity.
• Develop authoritative and AI-friendly content strategies.
• Ensure content aligns with AI search and generative engine best practices.
• Track emerging AI search trends and implement optimization strategies.

Copywriting & Content:

• Write engaging and conversion-driven website copy, blogs, ad copies, and email content.
• Develop compelling marketing content aligned with brand voice.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and SEO compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in SEO and content writing.
• Strong understanding of AEO and GEO strategies.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience using SEO tools such as:
  • SEMrush
  • Ahrefs
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console.
• Basic understanding of technical SEO principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience optimizing content for AI platforms and conversational search.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
