Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary

• We're looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to lead content creation and editing across our social media channels.
• You'll be responsible for developing engaging content, maintaining our brand voice, and growing our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop original posts, graphics, short-form videos, and stories for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
• Review, refine, and optimize all social content for clarity, brand consistency, and platform best practices
• Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent posting cadence across all channels
• Monitor comments and messages, respond to followers, and foster meaningful interactions
• Analyze metrics, report on content performance, and use insights to refine strategy
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to keep content relevant
• Work with marketing, design, and other teams to align social efforts with broader campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in content creation tools
• Solid understanding of platform-specific best practices and analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What We Offer

• Salary range: N100,000 monthly.
• Work mode: remote
