Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Jewelry Store)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and well-presented Customer Care Representative for a jewelry store in Surulere.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, handling inquiries, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting in-store sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries professionally
  • Assist customers with product information and purchases
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
  • Support order processing, packaging, and store coordination
  • Maintain a neat and welcoming customer experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, courteous, and customer-oriented
  • Basic social media/WhatsApp communication skills is a plus
  • Candidate must reside in or around Surulere (proximity is key).

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
