Job Title: Brand & Communications Strategist

Job Summary

  • The Brand & Communications Strategist is a mid-level strategic and creative role responsible for shaping and strengthening the brand identity of Konstructum Contracting Company (KCC) across all internal and external communication platforms.
  • The role holder will lead brand storytelling, digital communication, and public relations initiatives that enhance KCC’s visibility, credibility, and reputation within the construction and engineering industry.
  • This role requires a strong combination of copywriting excellence, strategic communication thinking, digital marketing capability, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The individual will work closely with leadership, operations, and design teams to ensure all communications consistently reflect KCC’s brand values, project excellence, and corporate positioning.

Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Corporate Positioning:

  • Develop and execute brand communication strategies aligned with KCC’s business objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all internal and external channels.
  • Support leadership in defining and refining corporate messaging and brand positioning.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility within the construction and engineering sector.

Content Development & Copywriting:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for digital platforms, campaigns, proposals, and corporate communications.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars across all social media platforms.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts and storytelling frameworks that communicate KCC’s projects, capabilities, and impact.
  • Ensure all written content reflects clarity, professionalism, and strong brand alignment.

Social Media & Digital Communications Management:

  • Manage KCC’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Monitor engagement, audience behaviour, and digital trends to optimise performance.
  • Ensure timely and professional response to digital interactions.

Public Relations & Corporate Communications:

  • Coordinate PR initiatives, press releases, and corporate announcements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, industry publications, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support leadership with external communication materials, speeches, and official statements.
  • Manage brand reputation and ensure alignment with corporate values.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Track and analyse communication performance using tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content and strategy improvement.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and audience perception across platforms.

Collaboration & Creative Execution:

  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop multimedia content (graphics, videos, presentations).
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams on internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end execution of campaigns from concept development to delivery.
