Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex
• technology projects across cross-functional teams. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder
• management, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while
• ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders
•  Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Requirements / Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-team projects
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience: 8-10 years
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role
•  PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,200,000 monthly.
