Job Title: Certified Corrosion Engineer / Inspector

Job Summary
- Responsible for corrosion assessment, coating inspection, surface preparation verification, and ensuring coating applications meet international corrosion protection standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct corrosion inspections and assessments on tanks and piping systems.
- Inspect surface preparation activities before coating application.
- Verify painting and coating materials comply with project specifications.
- Monitor coating application processes including airless spray painting.
- Conduct dry film thickness (DFT), adhesion, and holiday testing.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NACE standards and coating manufacturer recommendations.
- Advise on corrosion mitigation and protection measures.
Requirements
- NACE Level 2 or Level 3 Certification.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in corrosion inspection and coating activities.
- Strong knowledge of industrial coating systems and surface preparation standards.
