Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Fully Onsite)

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a smart, warm, and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to manage bookings, attend to clients, support front desk operations, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer bookings and appointments
  • Welcome and attend to clients professionally
  • Promote and recommend ORÍKÌ products and services
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Support retail product sales and upselling
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper front desk coordination

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in a related discipline
  • 2–3 years experience in customer service or customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
