Job Summary

  • Vitel Wireless is seeking a result-oriented and experienced Field Sales Representative Head to oversee and coordinate field sales operations across assigned states.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving SIM sales and activations, managing field agents and partners, increasing market penetration, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate field sales activities within assigned territories.
  • Drive SIM sales, activations, and overall revenue growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage mobile agents and sales partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile agents and partners to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with agents and partners to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and market penetration strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure timely reporting of sales activities.
  • Increase brand visibility through strategic field marketing initiatives and activations.
  • Maintain productive relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or telecommunications operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Good understanding of field sales operations and customer engagement strategies.
