Job Summary
- Vitel Wireless is seeking a result-oriented and experienced Field Sales Representative Head to oversee and coordinate field sales operations across assigned states.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving SIM sales and activations, managing field agents and partners, increasing market penetration, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate field sales activities within assigned territories.
- Drive SIM sales, activations, and overall revenue growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mobile agents and sales partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile agents and partners to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with agents and partners to ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales and market penetration strategies.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely reporting of sales activities.
- Increase brand visibility through strategic field marketing initiatives and activations.
- Maintain productive relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or telecommunications operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Good understanding of field sales operations and customer engagement strategies.
