Description
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist to join our team at our Ikeja branch office.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling inquiries, managing front desk activities, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers professionally
- Receive and record laundry items accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently
- Maintain proper records of orders and payments
- Coordinate with operations staff for timely service delivery
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 9 years experience.
Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
