As part of the Johnvents Group, we are committed to transforming locally sourced cocoa into premium products such as JV Pure Cocoa Powder, JV 3-in-1 Chocolate Drink, Myco 3-in-1, JV Choco Pops, as well as other non-cocoa products, including soya oil and seasoning.

Johnvents Foods is launching a Lagos Premium Chocolate Distribution Pilot and is seeking smart, commercially driven, and execution-focused professionals to support the growth of its premium chocolate business across strategic channels in Lagos.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong experience in premium FMCG sales, hospitality, modern trade, corporate sales, merchandising, and customer engagement.

Job Title: Merchandising, Sampling & Fulfilment Officer

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will support merchandising, product sampling, fulfilment coordination, quality checks, and field execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product sampling and promotional activations
• Monitor outlet display quality and storage compliance
• Coordinate fulfilment and delivery follow-up
• Track damaged stock, customer complaints, and field observations
• Prepare weekly merchandising and fulfilment reports

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in merchandising, field activation, retail support, or fulfilment operations
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
• Ability to work across multiple field locations in Lagos
• Basic reporting and documentation skills

• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Experience in premium products, confectionery, hospitality, gifting, or modern trade is an added advantage.
