We are looking for a coordinator who understands that in institutional contexts, relationships come before transactions someone who can represent us professionally, keep our pipeline organised, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Institutional Relations & Business Development Coordinator
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid — a mix of remote work and in-person when needed for meetings or internal coordination)
What you'll do
Proposals & documents:
- Coordinate proposal submissions to agencies and institutions
- Track deadlines and obtain acknowledgment copies
- Maintain organised submission records.
Institutional communication:
- Maintain professional contact with agency stakeholders
- Coordinate meeting requests and appointments.
- Handle follow-up communication and document sharing.
Pipeline tracking:
- Maintain a structured database of proposals and engagements
- Monitor opportunities and provide weekly status updates
- Flag developments relevant to our target institutions.
Meeting support:
- Attend meetings independently or alongside leadership
- Prepare briefing materials and take action-point notes
- Support post-meeting coordination and follow-through.
What we're looking for
- 2 - 4 years of experience in coordination, executive support, or business development — ideally with exposure to government agencies or institutional clients
- Strong written and verbal communication ,you can represent the company professionally in emails, meetings, and calls
- Highly organised, you track details, follow through without being chased, and keep records clean
- Understands how Nigerian institutional environments work ,you know that patience and professionalism are non-negotiables
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule in a hybrid setup Logistics
- Based in Abuja.
- Field meetings will require travel within the city; Uber costs are reimbursed on submission of receipts.
Monthly gross salary
N200,000 – N250,000, commensurate with experience, Bonus on closed deals.
