We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Majeurs is seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lekki, Lagos.
• This role involves operating a range of modern production equipment including CNC machines, edge banding systems, panel saws, drilling machines, and heat press machines within a structured and safety-focused production environment.
• We are looking for a practical, hands-on individual who is eager to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing setup where precision, quality, and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and other production machines for cutting, shaping, and finishing tasks
• Handle edge banding, panel cutting, drilling, and heat press operations
• Follow technical drawings, job sheets, and production instructions
• Set up and adjust machines based on job requirements
• Perform basic machine checks and support routine maintenance
• Ensure all output meets required quality standards
• Maintain production records and machine logs
• Work with team members to meet daily production targets
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and factory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or Technical Certificate in a relevant field
• 1–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• Experience operating production machinery is an advantage
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
