Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s presence within the Oil & Gas and Maritime sectors.
• The role requires a strong understanding of the marine industry, offshore operations, vessel-related services, and the ability to engage effectively with key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and Maritime industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial bids
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Represent the company at industry meetings, networking events, and client engagements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed business growth and sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Marine Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven Business Development experience within the Oil & Gas and Maritime sectors
• Strong network and existing relationships within the maritime and energy industry will be an added advantage
• Sound understanding of marine operations, offshore support services, and industry regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.

Salary
N1,000,000 Monthly.
