We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Assistant 

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Work with client’s HR team to manage both traditional and digital attendance
  • Maintain and update employees database monthly
  • Track and oversee Employee Exit management
  • Facilitate employee inductions
  • Work with internal HR team to ensure proper dissemination of information to all employees
  • Issue employment letters, I.D cards, and payslips to all employees
  • Manage grievance register and ensure all minor complaints are reported and resolved timely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
    1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of attendance management

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
