Job Summary

  • We are seeking a hands-on HR, Admin & Legal Manager, who will be responsible for building a strong people foundation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will also have a legal background or strong contract management experience, enabling efficient review of employment contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs etc.
  • This is a hands-on role for a candidate who is structured, calm under pressure, proactive, analytical, empathetic and capable of building systems in a growing fast-paced organization.

What You'll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Lead recruitment processes from job description to offer stage
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and employment documentation
  • Oversee structured onboarding and probation processes
  • Serve as Program Lead for Flytime’s Intern and Volunteer Program, ensuring structured onboarding, engagement, and performance standards

Workplace Culture & Retention:

  • Support leadership in building a high-performance, fast-paced, accountable culture that has a mix of corporate and creative clients
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies to ensure high workplace satisfaction
  • Implement clear performance management systems, workplace attendance and review cycles to hold staff and line managers accountable for delivery of work

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Manage employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR systems

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee operations across facilities/sites
  • Manage landlords, service providers, and maintenance vendors
  • Ensure safe, functional, and professional work environments

Inventory & Asset Management:

  • Track office inventory, equipment, and supplies
  • Maintain asset registers and manage procurement processes
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover of company property

Administrative Systems:

  • Establish and improve operational processes and documentation
  • Oversee office budgets related to administration and facilities
  • Ensure efficient internal coordination across departments

Legal & Contract Support:

  • Review and support drafting of employment contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and service contracts
  • Flag legal risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain contract registers and track key obligations and expiry dates
  • Liaise with external counsel where required
  • Any other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Stage

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in HR, administration, operations, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of employment law and contract review
  • Experience managing facilities or office operations
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • High discretion and ability to manage confidential matters
  • Exceptional organizational abilities including multitasking and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
