Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Representative (Poultry Feed)

Job Summary
- The Customer Satisfaction Representative will drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration for Amo Byng poultry feed products across the Southwest region.
- The role involves managing distributor and farmer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of poultry feed products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and dealers.
- Maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure timely order processing and payment collection.
- Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates.
- Represent the company professionally during trade events and customer meetings.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in feed sales, agro-allied sales, or FMCG sales.
- Strong knowledge of poultry farming and feed products.
- Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Southwest region.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
