We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Commercial Partnerships Manager

Location: Remote

Role Summary

  • We are looking for a high-energy, "gritty" Sales & Commercial Partnerships Managerto champion our revenue growth.
  • This is a pure "doer" role;we don't need a high-level strategist who doesn't execute.
  • We need a hunter who has a track record of selling services-as-a-product, navigating the Nigerian healthtech/health ecosystem, and closing both B2C channel partners and B2B corporate deals. You will own the sales pipeline, from cold outreach to final contract signature and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
B2C Growth & User Adoption:

  • Adoption & Acquisition: Design and execute cost-effective B2C acquisition strategies through offline and online channels.
  • Retention Strategy: Own the "commercial" side of retention; creating loyalty programs, referral loops, and engagement offers that keep users active on the platform.
  • Unit Economics: Monitor and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) to ensure we are growing sustainably.
  • Market Insight: Deeply understand the African female consumer to refine our sales messaging and ensure the product-market fit translates into paid subscriptions.

B2B Sales & Partnerships:

  • Direct Sales & Closing: Identify, pitch, and close B2B deals (e.g. corporates, health insurance providers, and HMOs) to offer VivaFemini as an employee or member benefit.
  • Partnership Implementation: Move beyond the "handshake"; manage the practical grind of onboarding partners, defining SLAs, and ensuring the partnership actually delivers revenue.
  • Merchant & Marketplace Growth: Recruit and onboard high-quality vendors for our health marketplace, ensuring commercial alignment and high standards.

Commercial Operations:

  • Revenue Accountability: Own and hit monthly sales revenue targets and user growth KPIs.
  • The Grind: Build outreach cadences, draft commercial proposals, manage a CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot), and report weekly on pipeline health to the senior management team.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, ensuring VivaFemini is their preferred women’s health partner.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Startup Experience: 2-4 years in an early-stage startup environment where you had to build a sales and adoption process from scratch.
  • B2C & B2B Mastery: Proven experience managing corporate sales (B2B) and cost-effective user adoption/growth strategies (B2C).
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience selling products or services in HealthTech, FemTech, or Fintech/InsurTech. You must understand how to sell "services" rather than physical goods.
  • Implementation Focus: You are someone who writes the contracts, follows up on the emails, and ensures the "plumbing" of a partnership or acquisition channel works.

Competencies & Soft Skills:

  • Resilience & Grind: High energy and the "hands-on" grit required to push through "No" to get to "Yes."
  • Precision: Extreme attention to detail in contracts, proposals, and CRM data entry.
  • Zero Ego: Happy to do the cold calls and the admin work while also representing the brand at the highest levels.
