Job Summary

  • They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality, hygiene, and production standards across our Central Kitchen and outlets.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product consistency, enforcing operational standards, and ensuring that all food produced meets the company’s quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce quality and hygiene standards across the Central Kitchen and all outlets
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and texture of all food products
  • Identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions promptly
  • Develop and enforce quality control procedures and checklists
  • Train kitchen and outlet staff on food safety, hygiene, and handling standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory food safety standards
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Operations team to maintain product standards
  • Prepare and submit regular quality reports to Management

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Quality Control within a QSR environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and production standards
  • Experience in monitoring high-volume food production
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Good communication and training ability
  • Ability to work across multiple outlets
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
