Job Title: Female Manager

Job Description

• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and scheduling sales associates. Sets sales targets, motivates the floor team, and fosters a positive, fashion-forward store culture.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Tracks inventory levels, analyzes top-performing trends, coordinates with buyers, and oversees stock replenishment to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Visual Merchandising: Executes the brand’s visual directives. Ensures mannequins, window displays, and store layouts are compelling, on-trend, and optimized to drive sales.
• Customer Experience: Leads by example on the sales floor. Handles VIP client requests, resolves escalated customer complaints, and builds long-term customer loyalty.
• Store Operations & Analytics: Monitors daily sales metrics, controls operational costs, manages payroll budgets, and ensures the store meets financial targets.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3-5 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
