Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Production Manager to oversee food production operations at our central kitchen.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient kitchen operations, consistent food quality, and strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards, while effectively leading production teams to meet daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production activities across assigned operations
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Manage production staff effectively
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet daily demand
• Monitor ingredient usage, portion control, and minimize wastage
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Supervise inventory usage and coordinate with procurement teams
• Train and develop kitchen staff for improved performance
• Ensure timely production
• Work closely with operations to meet sales and customer demand

Requirements

• Proven experience in QSR operations, food production or kitchen management
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in food production or restaurant operations
• Strong managerial and leadership skills
• Ability to supervise and coordinate large production teams
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
