Job Summary
- We are looking for a Health Advisor who will play a vital role in working tirelessly to promote wellness, enhance health literacy, and ensure equitable access to care for all our staffs.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct outreach programs to promote health and wellness within our organization
- Educate our staffs about healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
- Assist our staffs in navigating the healthcare system.
- Provide information on available health resources and services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify our health needs.
- Develop and distribute educational materials related to health and wellness.
- Organize and participate in health fairs and workshops.
- Collect data on health trends to inform future initiatives.
- Advocate for improved health policies at the local levels.
- Provide support and resources to our staffs managing chronic diseases.
- Assist in developing health improvement plans for our organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Work, or any other related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of local health resources and services.
- Proficiency in using technology for health education and outreach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in helping others.
