We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate pharmacy activities across all branches
- Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
- Monitor stock management, dispensing processes, and branch performance
- Train, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff
- Implement operational improvements and ensure excellent customer servic.
Requirements
- Must be 40 years and above
- Degree in Pharmacy with valid professional license
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in pharmacy operations and management
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills
- Ability to coordinate and monitor branch pharmacy activities
- Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance, inventory control, and customer service
- Must be disciplined, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel across branches when necessary.
