Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Ketu, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and professional Dispatch Rider responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages, documents, and items to designated locations.
- The ideal candidate must be familiar with road networks, possess strong time management skills, and ensure excellent customer service during deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver items promptly and safely.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within the assigned timeframe.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery where necessary.
- Conduct routine checks and proper maintenance of the assigned motorcycle.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Report any delivery issues, accidents, or delays immediately.
- Ensure the motorcycle and delivery items are handled responsibly.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Valid Rider’s Permit and LASDRI card (where applicable).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Dispatch Rider.
- Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
- Ability to ride efficiently using navigation tools/maps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and punctual.
- Candidate must reside within or close to the job location.
