Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients professionally
  • Manage phone calls, messages, appointments, and inquiries
  • Handle daily front desk and administrative activities
  • Create and manage social media content across company platforms
  • Respond to online inquiries and engage with followers professionally
  • Monitor social media trends and grow online visibility
  • Assist with content creation, posting schedules, and basic branding activities
  • Maintain proper records and ensure smooth office coordination

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of social media management and content creation
  • Basic graphic design and content editing skills are an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Smart, organized, creative, and presentable
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
