Job Title: Sales Development Manager

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong sales experience and a proven ability to develop new markets and manage high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans
  • Identify and penetrate new markets and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Work closely with management to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Lead and support the sales team for improved performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales/business development
  • Trading industry experience is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth targets
  • Experience working in emerging markets is an added advantage.
