Job Summary
- This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong sales experience and a proven ability to develop new markets and manage high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans
- Identify and penetrate new markets and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with management to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Lead and support the sales team for improved performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales/business development
- Trading industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth targets
- Experience working in emerging markets is an added advantage.
